Terms of Service

These draft terms describe PROFILEY’s managed digital-profile service. They are not ready to govern customer purchases.

What PROFILEY provides

PROFILEY’s team creates and manages digital profile pages using the customer’s selected plan and submitted content. Customers do not sign in to edit the profile themselves. A public profile can be viewed and shared by anyone who has its link.

Plans and subscription preference

The private preview lets visitors select a monthly or annual preference and ask about a plan on WhatsApp. This selection is only a request for discussion; it does not create a subscription or take payment. PROFILEY must disclose the final plan, total price, currency, billing dates, renewal method, and taxes before the customer agrees.

Profile content and approval

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of information they provide and for having permission to use names, logos, photos, text, and other materials. PROFILEY prepares the profile for customer review. The profile is published only after the agreed approval step.

Changes after approval

PROFILEY creates and manages the initial profile. Before work begins, the customer and PROFILEY agree on the total price, included work, any paid edits, cancellation, and any refund. Requested work outside that agreement needs the customer’s approval first.

Availability and external services

Profiles depend on internet access and hosting, storage, messaging, and font providers. PROFILEY will make reasonable efforts to keep profiles available but cannot promise uninterrupted access to third-party services. Contact buttons may open WhatsApp, email, phone, maps, or external websites chosen for the profile.

Renewal, cancellation, refunds, and disputes

These terms have not yet been decided. Do not accept payment until the subscription duration, automatic or manual renewal, cancellation deadline, refund rules, service suspension, complaint process, and governing law are clearly documented.

Business identity and contact

The owner describes PROFILEY as an internal business of Plus Studios, not a separately registered company. PROFILEY mainly serves Saudi Arabia and other Gulf countries.
